What are Service Credits?
Our "Pay-Per-Use" or "Credits-Based" model for roadside assistance can be a unique and cost-effective concept.
You may purchase reduced service credits after all your initial credits become depleted.
Service credits are units that represent a form of currency within our "Pay-Per-Use" or "Credits-Based" model for roadside assistance. When you purchase a membership, you receive a predetermined number of service credits based on your chosen tier, such as 3, 4, or 5 credits. These credits serve as a flexible way to access our services on an as-needed basis. Our "Pay-Per-Use" model allows you to use these service credits to access specific services or benefits within our program. For example, you can use one credit for a tire change, two credits for a jump start, and so on, depending on the service's credit cost. Once your initial credits are depleted, you have the option to purchase additional service credits 50% off their rate. This unique approach offers a cost-effective solution, as you only pay for the services you use, and the reduced rate provides added value to your membership. By using our "Credits-Based" model, you have the flexibility to customize your roadside assistance experience to your specific needs. Whether you need a one-time service or ongoing support, our service credits system ensures that you have access to reliable assistance whenever and wherever you need it.
How Service Credits Work
After using all the credits included in your membership plan, you have the option to purchase additional service credits for use, ensuring continuous access to our range of services.
Each additional service credit is available at a discounted rate of 50% off its regular price. To access this benefit, simply click on the "purchase credit" button and book your desired service. By signing up for a membership, you can save on each extra service credit, maximizing your savings and convenience.
Combine your service credits to use them whenever you need assistance. Each month of active membership earns you an additional rollover credit, providing added flexibility and accessibility to our services.

Roll Over Credit Details
If you don't use all your credits in a month while your subscription is active, one credit will carry over to the next month. This means you'll have the regular monthly credits plus one extra from the previous month. Keep in mind that only one credit can roll over, even if you didn't use any credits from the month.
Additionally, you won't be able to buy an extra service credit unless you've used up all your credits, as there's a good chance you already have an extra credit for the next month.
